4.3 Account Closure and Suspension

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 months or more)

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

ink768 supports deposits through Indonesia's leading banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 11. Dispute Resolution
